1. 下载软件

官网下载对应的编译编辑工具如下图，主要是这两个，其它Flash工具等酌情考虑

安装软件，一直next就可以。安装后新建工程

2. 新建工程

如果不知道怎么建工程，可以用第二个软件HALCOGEN — HAL Code Generator Tool - TMS570 (v4.07.01)

这个软件会生成库函数，从而快速搭建裸机环境，不需要手撸寄存器。

下图是对应外设驱动、及FreeRTOS 模块，使能后，点击生成。

目标工程已经包含刚才生成的hal库和STM32 差不多。

3.编译工程

注意：需要添加对应hal库路径包含，不然编译不过。
